I’ve already had blood tests. Can I use those results?

Yes.
If your pathology results are recent (ideally within the last 4-6 weeks), we’ll absolutely use them as part of your clinical analysis. If key biomarkers are missing, we may suggest additional testing, but only when it offers meaningful insight to drive your strategy forward. This is flexibility, not testing for testing’s sake.

Is this a detox or a restrictive diet?

How much time do I need to commit each week?

On average, 1-2 hours a week.
This includes your consultations, brief symptom and food tracking, and lifestyle upgrades that fit into your existing routine. It’s intentionally designed for professionals with full calendars and high expectations, no massive overhauls, just consistent, smart progress.

What kind of support will I receive between sessions?

You’ll have access to practitioner support Monday through Friday.
Between sessions, you can message directly for questions, tweaks, and check-ins. Whether you’re travelling, navigating new symptoms, or need clarity on timing, this is high-touch, real-time support to keep your momentum going.

Can I claim this program through my private health fund?

Yes, Tanya is accredited with both ANTA and ATMS, allowing for potential rebates.
All consultations are delivered online via Telehealth, maintaining the same level of depth, care, and customisation as in-person sessions.
Currently, the following Australian health funds provide rebates for online Clinical Nutrition consults: HBF, Medibank, and AHM. We’ll provide a detailed receipt so you can submit your claim directly.
